Banjara's mission is to provide our customers with the finest in up scale catering and Banquent services. The goal of Banjara Catering is to bring quality food and banquent services from around the world to this region. When we adhere to this maximum, everything else will fall into place. Our services will exceed the expectation of our customers.

About our Chef

Chef Richard and his staff have prepared a magnificent dinner for some of the most prestigious people in the United States as well as the World. Chef Richard prepared the Five Year Anniversary of the Dayton Peace Accords in 2000 at the Air Force Museum, which was a Five Course Dinner.

In 2001 Chef Richard had the honor of preparing the dinner for the President of the United States, William Jefferson Clinton for the Peace Accord Awards at the Air Force Museum for 220 people. The Peace Accord Awards was a white glove affair and it also was a Five Course Dinner.

In 2002 Chef Richard did the Honorary Dinner for Col John Glenn at the Air Force Museum, which was also a white glove affair.

In 2002 Chef Richard prepared dinner for the International Ball held at the Hope Hotel and Conference Center which was held for 400 people. Chef Richard and his Executive Chefs did the Grand Opening for the 100 Years of Flight Gala at the AF Museum on New Years Eve 2002, which was 1500 guests.

In 2003 Chef Richard did the Honorary Awards Dinner for John Travolta at the Air Force Museum.

This is just a few of the many functions Chef Richard and his experienced staff has accomplished, and to add to his accomplishments, Gourmet Concepts were proud patrons of the 2005 U.S. Senior Open.

Chef Richard is proficient and professional in everything he and his staff set out to achieve to make your function extraordinary.

Gourmet Concepts has experience from all over the world, two Oriental Sushi Chefs, one authentic French Chef, and Chef Richard who is from the Bahamas.

Gourmet Concepts staff is more than qualified to satisfy your many tastes. Our staff will be more than happy to work with you to customize and plan a function and menu for the right occasion of your desires or dreams.
